PREORDER Custom Christmas Stocking

Can’t quite find the stocking of your dreams? Here is your chance to order a custom made Stocking.

Take inspiration from one of our stocking designs, or any of our jumpers and I will work with you to bring your dream to life.

*Please be aware extra charges will apply if your design is more complicated or uses significantly more expensive yarn. I will quote any additional charges through our email consultation

Stockings are designed to be left blank, or customised with an embroidered name or initial, or decorated with ceramic buttons (please see custom details here)

 These stockings are made to order and will be ready to ship in 3-4 weeks

 Please note, due to the handmade nature of these pieces no two stockings will be exactly the same.

Every Hiild piece is made by hand using a combination of natural fibres, and multiple strands of yarn knitted together. Please take care as pulls may occur if one or more strands get snagged on something. This can be worked back into shape with a bit of care and gentle manipulation, please reach out for assistance if you need it.

Due to the natural fibres and each piece being hand made, there may the odd "imperfection", I like to look to this as part of your unique knits character and part of the story of its creation. 

Over time, Wool and Alpaca can start to pill. This is a natural part of the process as the finer short fibres raise to the surface, and can be easily remedied with a fabric shaver. Please do not use scissors in case you accidentally snip the yarn!

If it comes time to wash, please hand wash in cool water only. Gently reshape your knit and lay it flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Never tumble dry, and never soak your knits - this does not end well. When hanging stockings, please only do so when they are empty, if you are filling them with gifts they are best to be laid flat.
