Once your deposit is paid, your position is secure in my knitting queue. I will then work with you via email to finalise the details of your knit (size and colour requests), and send through your balance invoice.
*Images are examples only, not all colours will be able to be created, and each unique knit will vary.
Payment must be made within 48 hours, or you will lose your space in the queue.
Custom orders will ship within 2-4 weeks (often sooner, but this depends on the size of your knit and the number of styles ordered). I will always keep in touch if there are going to be any delays with your order.

Please refer to my size chart for approximate age range and measurements of each size. My knits are designed to be oversized so there is no need to size up unless you would like it to be extra oversized.
